Terms of Service

1. acceptance

By accessing or using orqro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using orqro.

2. service description

orqro is a freight operations platform provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product by ORQRO LLC. The service includes load management, CRM, financial management, HR tools, and AI-powered features.

3. account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. data ownership

You own your data. orqro does not claim ownership of any data you input into the platform. On termination, you may request a full export of your data within 48 hours.

5. acceptable use

You may not use orqro for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

6. termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be available for export for 30 days.

7. limitation of liability

orqro's liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
