what we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, company information, and operational data you enter into orqro. We also collect usage data to improve the platform.
how we use it
We use your data to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your operational data (loads, carriers, financials) to train models shared with other tenants.
data isolation
Each orqro tenant's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Your data is never accessible to other tenants.
AI and training
orqro's AI features are trained on your data to serve your operation. Cross-tenant learning happens at the gradient level only — never raw data. Your historical loads are never shared with other tenants.
data residency
US tenants: data stored in US-East infrastructure. EU tenants: data stored in EU-West. Pakistan tenants: data stored in regional infrastructure. Data never crosses the region you select.
retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
